Job Description

Codexaa is expanding its ERP division in the Middle East and seeking a Senior Odoo Technical Consultant to lead technical strategy and development across multiple enterprise-grade projects. You’ll be working on-site in Dubai with a cross-functional team and direct access to clients from diverse industries.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced Odoo Technical Consultant with 5 or more years of in-depth experience working with Odoo ERP systems. You should have expert knowledge of Python and Odoo's modular framework, with a proven ability to analyze complex client requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions. Strong client-facing communication skills and experience in cross-functional teams are essential. Candidates must be open to working full-time on-site at our Dubai office

Responsibilities

You will lead the technical implementation of Odoo ERP, including module customization, system integration, and performance optimization. You'll engage directly with business stakeholders, translate their requirements into scalable architecture, and mentor junior developers to ensure consistent code quality and delivery.
